SciTech Scity is already home to the Liberty Science Center, the largest interactive science center in the NY/NJ metro area and home to the biggest and best planetarium and digital theater in the Western Hemisphere.
LEARN
Liberty Science High School will be a public school providing world-class STEM learning for 400 9-12 students. A robust set of skill-based classes will also be offered at Edge Works and the LSC for learners of all ages.

"Scity" (pronounced "city") is our portmanteau for a city infused with science and scientific creativity. SciTech Scity is a collaboration between the City of Jersey City and Liberty Science Center, New Jersey's most visited cultural institution, to bolster local education and economic growth in key STEM sectors. Located just five miles from Lower Manhattan and nine miles from Newark Liberty International Airport, Scitech Scity is in Liberty State Park, near the Hudson River and the Statue of Liberty.
